1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SandboxOps services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SandboxOps provides Growth Engineering services including Growth Blueprints, Strategy Sessions, funnel engineering, experimentation, content creation, performance marketing, automation, and related consulting services.

3. Engagement Structure

SandboxOps partnerships are structured as 6– or 12–month programs, billed quarterly in advance. We do not offer month-to-month retainers. Growth systems require cycles, experimentation, and iteration to produce outcomes.

4. No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver measurable results, SandboxOps does not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics. Results depend on various factors including market conditions, execution quality, and client collaboration.

5. Intellectual Property

Growth Blueprints, proposals, strategies, and deliverables created by SandboxOps remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, clients receive usage rights to deliverables created specifically for their engagement.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are due quarterly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are not available after services have commenced, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

SandboxOps's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, services will continue until the end of the current quarter, and payments are non-refundable.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement.
